FedEx and Magic Bus Launch Cyber Safe India Campaign to Empower 2 Lakh Citizens

Mumbai, 24 July 2025:
Magic Bus India Foundation, in partnership with FedEx Express, has launched the Cyber Safe India Campaign, aiming to educate over 200,000 citizens on digital safety and cybercrime prevention. Covering 13 states and 29 cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kolkata, the program leverages Magic Bus’ network of 130+ livelihood centres and 1,000+ colleges.

The initiative uses interactive tools like street plays, digital safety workshops, awareness camps, and partnerships with local cybercrime officials to promote safe online practices, especially among underserved communities.

“Awareness is our strongest defense against cybercrime,” said Nitin Navneet Tatiwala, VP of Marketing, FedEx, Middle East, Indian Subcontinent, and Africa.

Aligned with India’s national digital safety goals, the campaign is run in collaboration with C-DAC (Ministry of Communications & Electronics) and State Cyber Cells.

Through its flagship Adolescent and Livelihood Programmes, Magic Bus has already impacted 35 lakh adolescents and 5 lakh youth across 22 states.
