July 8, 2025 – Mumbai: Ventive Hospitality Limited (BSE: 544321, NSE: VENTIVE), along with its Promoter Group Companies, has announced a significant expansion of its alliance with Marriott International. The deal includes management agreements for seven luxury, upper-upscale, and upscale hotels totaling 1,548 rooms across India and Sri Lanka. This development includes multiple brand debuts in key markets such as Varanasi, Mundra, Pune, Navi Mumbai, and Sri Lanka.
Three of the upcoming properties—Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Pottuvil (Sri Lanka), Varanasi Marriott Hotel, and Courtyard by Marriott in Mundra—are being developed by Ventive Hospitality and its subsidiaries. The other four—JW Marriott Navi Mumbai, Moxy Navi Mumbai, Moxy Pune Wakad, and Moxy Pune Kharadi—are being developed by Promoter Group Companies under Right of First Offer (ROFO) or similar arrangements, with plans to integrate them into Ventive Hospitality’s portfolio.
This strategic partnership reinforces Ventive’s strength in project execution and Marriott’s global hospitality leadership. The collaboration aims to address the increasing demand in the luxury and business travel segments, with new offerings in fast-developing business and tourism hubs across the region.
