Udaipur, Feb 26 (UNI): Popular actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda tied the knot in an intimate yet grand ceremony in Udaipur on Thursday, delighting fans across the country. Fondly called “Virosh” by admirers, the couple honoured both Telugu and Kodava traditions during their wedding celebrations.
The morning ceremony followed traditional Telugu rituals in the presence of close family and friends, while a second Kodava-style ceremony was scheduled later in the evening. The wedding took place at the luxurious ITC Mementos Udaipur, nestled amid the Aravalli hills, ensuring privacy and grandeur.
Soon after the rituals, the newlyweds shared official wedding photographs on social media. The images captured emotional moments from the varmala ceremony, sacred fire rituals and quiet exchanges between the couple. Vijay described Rashmika as his “best friend and wife” in a heartfelt note, while Rashmika penned an emotional message announcing their new journey together.
