The D Y Patil University campus witnessed a proud moment as the Academy felicitated Dr. Vijay D. Patil for his vision that enabled Navi Mumbai to host the ICC Women’s World Cup and several world-class sporting events.
During the ceremony, Dr. Patil honoured 300+ members of the D Y Patil team for their commitment and contribution to the successful hosting of the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025.
A special message from the Indian Women’s Cricket Team added to the emotional evening, thanking the Academy for exceptional facilities, warm hospitality, and the unforgettable atmosphere at the stadium.
To mark the milestone, the Academy unveiled “ONE ARENA”, a coffee table book showcasing the journey and legacy of the iconic D Y Patil Stadium. The event concluded with an invitation for exclusive media interactions with Dr. Patil.
