Leh, September 9, 2025: The 12th edition of the Ladakh Marathon, the world’s highest AIMS-certified marathon, will be held from September 11 to 14 with a record 6,600+ runners from India and 30 countries. Known as one of the toughest and most scenic marathons globally, the event continues to grow in scale and prestige, attracting both athletes and corporate partners.
This year, Snickers comes onboard as Hunger Partner, PUMA as Apparel Partner, Bisleri as Hydration Partner, Enerzal as Energy Partner, Hotel Grand Dragon as Hospitality Partner, Accord Hospital as Health Partner, and Bajaj Allianz as Insurance Partner. Administrative support will be extended by Ladakh Police, Health Department, Indian Army, Air Force, BRO, and 27 local communities to ensure seamless execution across Leh, Khardung La, and Nubra.
The 2025 edition will feature six races, including the Silk Route Ultra (122 km), Khardung La Challenge (72 km), Full Marathon (42.195 km), Half Marathon (21 km), 11.2 km race, and the popular “Run Ladakh for Fun” 5 km. Since 2019, the marathon has eliminated single-use plastics, staying true to its motto “Leave Only Footprints Behind.”
