Mumbai, September 23, 2025: India’s largest women’s run, Pinkathon, is set to celebrate its 10th edition in Mumbai on December 21 at the MMRDA Grounds, BKC. The event marks the beginning of a nine-month, six-city tour across Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Delhi. Participants can choose from distances ranging from 3K, 5K, and 10K community runs to ultradistances of 50K, 75K, 100K, and 100K relay, ensuring inclusivity for first-time runners and endurance athletes alike.
Founded by actor and fitness advocate Milind Soman in 2012, Pinkathon has inspired over half a million women, facilitated thousands of free breast screenings, raised more than ₹1 crore for underprivileged patients, and built a strong network of ambassadors across 300 locations. This year, Pinkathon has partnered with Zydus Lifesciences as the title sponsor to promote breast cancer awareness and preventive health through its Easiest Exam campaign, encouraging women to perform a simple three-minute self-breast exam.
The Mumbai edition also features the third edition of Invincible Women, founded by Ankita Konwar, challenging women with ultradistance runs to test their endurance. Unique initiatives like the Saree Run, Babywearing Mothers’ Walk, and Cancer Shero Walk continue to create an inclusive space for all participants. Lifelong, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, and Maitrayana join as Fitness, Hospitality, and Philanthropy partners, respectively, with support from Fit India and SAI, reinforcing Pinkathon’s mission to inspire women to prioritize health, fitness, and empowerment.
