The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially released the complete schedule for the T20 World Cup 2026, confirming that the mega tournament will be jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka from February 7 to March 8, 2026. The announcement was made at a special ICC event held in Mumbai.
A total of 20 teams will compete in the global showpiece, featuring 55 matches spread across eight iconic venues in both countries. Teams have been divided into four groups of five, with the top sides progressing to the Super Eight stage, followed by the semi-finals and the final.

The biggest highlight of the schedule is the much-anticipated India vs Pakistan encounter, set to take place on February 15, 2026, at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. The high-voltage clash is expected to draw massive global viewership, continuing one of the fiercest rivalries in world cricket.
