Mumbai, September 19, 2025: Epack Prefab Technologies Limited has announced its maiden Initial Public Offering (IPO), with a price band fixed at ₹194–₹204 per equity share of face value ₹2. The issue opens on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, and closes on Friday, September 26, 2025. Investors can bid for a minimum of 73 shares and in multiples thereafter. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹300 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 1 crore equity shares, taking the total issue size to ₹494–504 crore depending on the price band.
The company will utilize ₹102.9 crore from the fresh issue to set up a new manufacturing facility at Ghiloth Industrial Area, Rajasthan, and ₹58.1 crore for expanding its Mambattu (Unit 4) facility in Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, ₹70 crore will be used for repayment or prepayment of borrowings, while the rest will go towards general corporate purposes.
Incorporated in 1999, Epack operates in two business verticals – the Pre-Fab Business, providing turnkey solutions for pre-engineered steel buildings and prefabricated structures, and the EPS Packaging Business, manufacturing expanded polystyrene sheets and blocks for industries like construction, packaging, and consumer goods. As per CRISIL, the company has been the fastest-growing player, with revenue growing at a CAGR of 41.79% (FY22–FY24). In FY25, Epack reported revenues of ₹1,133.9 crore and net profit of ₹59.3 crore, up from ₹904.9 crore revenue and ₹42.9 crore profit in FY24.
The IPO is being managed by Monarch Networth Capital Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, with Kfin Technologies Limited as the registrar. Allocation will follow the book-building process: up to 50% for QIBs, 15% for non-institutional investors, and 35% for retail investors.
