Mumbai, August 10, 2026: Shankesh Jewellers Limited is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. The Anchor Investor bidding will take place on Monday, August 17, while the IPO will close on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
The price band has been fixed at ₹88 to ₹93 per equity share, with a face value of ₹5 each. Investors can bid for a minimum of 160 equity shares, and in multiples of 160 shares thereafter. At the upper price band, the minimum investment for retail investors will be ₹14,880.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 2.9482 crore equity shares, aggregating up to ₹259.4 crore, along with an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 1 crore shares, aggregating up to ₹88 crore. The OFS will be offered by promoter selling shareholders Kantilal Kheemraj Jain and Manoj Kantilal Jain.
Headquartered in Mumbai, Shankesh Jewellers is a B2B jewellery company specialising in handcrafted gold jewellery and customisation services. The company has a legacy of more than three decades and serves jewellery retailers and corporate clients across India.
Its customer base includes established names such as Joyalukkas, P. N. Gadgil & Sons, Kalyan Jewellers, P N Gadgil Jewellers and Novel Jewels, among others.
The company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,630.7 crore in FY2026, compared with ₹1,403.8 crore in FY2025 and ₹1,061.7 crore in FY2024, registering year-on-year growth of 16.17% and 32.21%, respectively.
