National, August 6, 2026: Shiprocket Limited has announced that its Initial Public Offering (IPO) will open for subscription on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, and close on Friday, August 14, 2026. The anchor investor bidding will take place on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹92 to ₹97 per equity share, with each share having a face value of ₹10. Investors can bid for a minimum of 154 shares, with subsequent bids required to be made in multiples of 154 shares.
At the upper price band, a minimum retail application will amount to ₹14,938.
The total offer size is expected to aggregate up to ₹1,617.49 crore, comprising a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹885.50 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of shares worth up to ₹731.99 crore.
Shiprocket plans to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue to strengthen and expand its platforms through investments in marketing initiatives, technology infrastructure and capabilities. The company will also use part of the proceeds for repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings, including accrued interest, funding unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE, with NSE acting as the designated stock exchange.
Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, JM Financial and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
The Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for the IPO was filed on August 5, 2026.
