Nagpur, May 31: Defending champions NECO Master Blaster are all set to kick off their Vidarbha Premier League (VPL) 2026 campaign against Pagariya Strikers on June 1 at the VCA Stadium, Jamtha.
Led by captain Jitesh Sharma, the reigning champions enter the new season with a balanced squad comprising experienced campaigners and promising young talent. Having won the inaugural VPL title, NECO Master Blaster will aim to continue their fearless style of cricket under the inspiring motto, ‘Jazba Jeet Ka’.
The squad features Jitesh Sharma (Captain), Adhyayan Daga, Aryan Meshram, Shanmesh Deshmukh, Ananmay Jayaswal, Vedant Dighade, Vaibhav Chandekar, Abhishek Gupta, Shantanu Rajput, Dipesh Parwani, Harsh Dubey, Avinash Jadhav, Arya Durugkar, Gaurav Dhoble, Gaurav Farde and Kush Khandelwal.
With a strong title-winning core, quality all-rounders and a versatile bowling attack, NECO Master Blaster will once again be among the favourites as VPL 2026 gets underway.
