Tarouba, July 28: West Indies all-rounder Justin Greaves etched his name into the record books with a remarkable bowling display during the opening Test against Pakistan, producing one of the most memorable spells in recent Test cricket.

The 32-year-old claimed 5 wickets for 27 runs, becoming the first bowler in Test history to take wickets in five consecutive maiden overs. His outstanding effort turned the match in West Indies’ favour after Pakistan had looked firmly in control.

Pakistan were well placed at 244/3, with captain Shan Masood leading the charge through a fine century. However, Greaves sparked a dramatic collapse by dismissing Masood before removing several middle and lower-order batters in quick succession without conceding a run.
