Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar continues its powerful run at the box office, showing strong momentum on Day 7. The political thriller has dominated the first week with impressive numbers, driven by solid word of mouth and star-heavy casting. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film marks his return six years after Uri: The Surgical Strike, adding to the buzz and audience interest.
According to early estimates, Dhurandhar recorded a remarkable 44.95% evening occupancy on its first Thursday. This is the highest Day 7 evening occupancy for any Hindi film in 2025. The movie has outperformed Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava and Aneet Padda’s Saiyaara, which posted 28.88% and 32.81% occupancy respectively, cementing Dhurandhar as the top performer of the week.
By 7:30 pm, the film’s Day 7 collection stood at ₹15.72 crore, taking its total to a massive ₹195.97 crore. With just a small margin left, the Ranveer Singh-starrer is on the verge of entering the ₹200 crore club within its first week. Trade experts believe the strong evening trend has set the stage for the film to comfortably cross the milestone by the end of the day.
Meanwhile, actress Sara Arjun praised Ranveer Singh for his energy and generosity on set, calling him a “limitless and fearless” co-star. Her heartfelt message has added to the positive chatter surrounding the film. With rising footfalls and excellent audience feedback, Dhurandhar is proving to be one of 2025’s biggest Bollywood successes.
