Mumbai, July 20: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has responded to growing concern over his health by sharing fresh black-and-white photographs on social media late Sunday night. Along with the pictures, the actor wrote, “How are you all doing?”, reassuring fans after recent videos of him sparked widespread discussion online.
Speculation about Salman’s health began after he attended a programme at the Mumbai Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), where he inaugurated the Authority’s new Data Collection and Verification Support Centre and handed over house keys to beneficiaries. Videos from the event showed the actor looking noticeably slimmer, prompting fans to express concern over his appearance and energy levels.
Another video of Salman at the airport, while leaving for Goa, also went viral. Although many fans felt he looked better than in the earlier clips, some observed signs of fatigue around his eyes. Social media users wished the actor good health, while others praised him for appearing naturally on camera without attempting to hide signs of ageing.
Meanwhile, Salman is gearing up for the release of Maatrubhumi: May War Rest in Peace, based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash. Salman Khan Films recently dismissed reports claiming that the film’s CBFC certification process had been stalled, calling such reports “false and baseless” and clarifying that the film has not yet been submitted for certification.
The actor is also shooting for SVC63, directed by Vamshi Paidipally and co-starring Nayanthara. The action entertainer is scheduled for an Eid 2027 release.
