Mumbai, August 24: Priority Jewels Limited has announced the price band for its maiden Initial Public Offering (IPO) at Rs 190 to Rs 200 per equity share of face value Rs 10. The IPO will open for subscription on Friday, August 28, 2026, and close on Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 75 equity shares and in multiples of 75 thereafter. The fresh issue comprises up to 45.75 lakh equity shares. The company plans to use the net proceeds primarily for repayment or pre-payment of certain working capital borrowings and general corporate purposes.
The issue will be conducted through the book-building process, with up to 50% reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers, at least 15% for Non-Institutional Investors and at least 35% for Retail Individual Investors.
Priority Jewels, incorporated in 2007, designs and manufactures lightweight diamond-studded gold and platinum jewellery. Its customers include major jewellery players such as CaratLane, Kalyan Jewellers, Reliance Retail, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri and Senco Gold.
As of June 30, 2026, the company had more than 200 customers across 21 states and three Union Territories and exported to 13 countries.
The company reported revenue of Rs 538.94 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 410.50 crore in FY24, while profit after tax rose to Rs 17.64 crore from Rs 7.14 crore during the same period.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both BSE and NSE.
