MSC Maratha Royals to Face Arcs Andheri in Nuvama T20 Mumbai League 2026 Final

Mumbai, June 11: Defending champions MSC Maratha Royals booked their place in the final of the Nuvama Private T20 Mumbai League 2026 after defeating North Mumbai Panthers by three wickets in a thrilling second semi-final at the Wankhede Stadium on Thursday.

Pacer Tushar Deshpande starred with the ball, claiming 4/21 to help restrict the Ajinkya Rahane-led Panthers to 148 in 20 overs. Abhigyan Kundu top-scored with 40, while Anish Chaudhery contributed 33.

In response, the Royals were guided by a composed unbeaten 62 off 49 balls from Chinmay Sutar. Ayaz Khan chipped in with 32 as the defending champions chased down the target in 19.5 overs to reach their second consecutive final.

Earlier, Arcs Andheri secured their place in the title clash with a five-wicket win over Aakash Tigers Mumbai Western Suburbs in the first semi-final.

Chasing 151, Andheri recovered from an early setback thanks to a quick 34 from Divyaansh Sksena and a match-winning unbeaten 45 off 26 balls from captain Shivam Dube. Dube smashed five sixes and shared an unbroken 59-run stand with Gaurav Jathar to seal victory with nine balls remaining.

Batting first, the Tigers posted 150/7, with Sarfaraz Khan scoring 34 and Jay Bista adding 35. Ashutosh Ghagre was the standout bowler for Andheri with figures of 2/21.

The much-anticipated final between MSC Maratha Royals and Arcs Andheri will be played on Saturday at 7 PM at the Wankhede Stadium.
