National, July 29: Ardee Industries Limited will open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for subscription on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, with the issue closing on Friday, August 7, 2026. The anchor investor bidding will take place on Tuesday, August 4.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹50–53 per equity share of face value ₹2 each. Investors can bid for a minimum of 281 equity shares and in multiples of 281 shares thereafter.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹320 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 1,99,75,000 equity shares by promoter selling shareholders Sandeep Aggarwal and Nikunj Aggarwal, who will each offload up to 99,87,500 shares.
The issue is being launched through the book-building process in accordance with SEBI regulations. Up to 50% of the offer is reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 15% for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs), and 35% for Retail Individual Investors.
Retail and other eligible investors, except anchor investors, must apply through the ASBA process, while UPI-based applications will also be accepted for eligible bidders.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and the NSE, with the NSE serving as the designated stock exchange.
