Mumbai, August 13, 2026: Kia India has announced that its Carens Clavis EV has crossed 1,100 units deployed in corporate fleets since its launch in July 2025, highlighting the growing adoption of electric vehicles for business transportation.
As part of its expanding corporate EV strategy, Kia India has also signed a 100-unit fleet deployment deal with Refex Mobility. The first lot of vehicles was handed over at a ceremony attended by Kia India leadership.
The Carens Clavis EV is being positioned as a practical solution for corporate and fleet operations, offering a spacious cabin, comfortable seating, technology features and electric efficiency. Kia said its broader EV ecosystem, including charging solutions and after-sales support, is aimed at making the transition to electric mobility easier for fleet customers.
Commenting on the milestone, Atul Sood, Senior Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, Kia India, said the deployment with Refex Mobility demonstrates how EVs can be integrated into everyday corporate transportation. He highlighted the vehicle’s suitability for intensive fleet operations, along with its Battery Management System designed to support efficiency and safety.
