Mumbai, August 5, 2026: Molbio Diagnostics Limited will open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on Monday, August 10, 2026, with the issue closing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The anchor investor bidding will take place on Friday, August 7.
The company has fixed the IPO price band at ₹768 to ₹807 per equity share, with each share having a face value of ₹1. Investors can bid for a minimum of 18 shares and in multiples of 18 thereafter. At the upper price band, the minimum investment for one lot will be ₹14,526.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 91.66 lakh equity shares by existing shareholders.
Molbio has also reserved an employee reservation portion of up to ₹1.5 crore, with eligible employees being offered a ₹76-per-share discount.
Under the IPO structure, not more than 50% of the net offer will be available for allocation to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), while not less than 15% will be reserved for non-institutional bidders and not less than 35% for retail individual investors.
All bidders, except anchor investors, will be required to participate through the ASBA process, with UPI-based bidders required to provide their UPI ID. The UPI mandate end time on the closing date will be 5 pm on August 12.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.
Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, IIFL Capital Services, Jefferies India and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are the book running lead managers to the issue.
