Navi Mumbai, July 16: Real estate developer Aldar Group has unveiled Seven Sierra, a Spanish-inspired integrated plotted township spread across more than 50 acres in Panvel. Designed by renowned architect Hafeez Contractor, the master-planned development features premium villa plots along with over 25 lifestyle amenities inspired by Mediterranean architecture and Spanish living.
The project comes at a time when Panvel is rapidly emerging as a key growth hub under the Mumbai 3.0 vision, driven by major infrastructure projects such as the Navi Mumbai International Airport, Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, Navi Mumbai Metro, NAINA and the proposed Panvel-Karjat rail corridor.
Aldar Group founder Vijay Aldar said Seven Sierra has been conceived to blend the security of land ownership with modern infrastructure, open spaces and premium amenities, offering homebuyers and investors a distinctive lifestyle destination with long-term value.
As part of the launch strategy, Ionian Group has been appointed as the strategic sales partner, while Good Old Delight will lead the project’s branding, creative communication and 360-degree integrated marketing campaign.
Good Old Delight co-founders Ankit Shah and Swapnil Raut said the vision behind Seven Sierra was to create “a destination inspired by the spirit of Spain,” transforming the project into a lifestyle brand rather than just another plotted development.
