Mumbai, July 6: Laser Power & Infra Limited will launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Thursday, July 9, with the issue closing on Monday, July 13. The anchor investor bidding will take place on July 8.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹203 to ₹214 per equity share of face value ₹5. Investors can bid for a minimum of 70 equity shares and in multiples of 70 shares thereafter.
The IPO consists of a fresh issue worth up to ₹5,420 million and an Offer for Sale (OFS) aggregating up to ₹2,000 million by the promoter selling shareholders. The OFS includes shares worth up to ₹1,125 million by Deepak Goel, ₹250 million by Rakhi Goel, and ₹625 million by Devesh Goel.
The company plans to utilise the proceeds from the fresh issue for its growth initiatives and other corporate purposes, while the OFS proceeds will go to the selling shareholders.
Following the issue, the company’s equity shares are proposed to be listed on both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
IIFL Capital Services Limited (formerly IIFL Securities Limited) and ICICI Securities Limited are acting as the Book Running Lead Managers for the public issue.
The Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) was dated July 3, 2026, and the IPO marks another entry into India’s active primary market, offering investors an opportunity to participate in the company’s future growth.
